Speaker Information
MODERATOR: Michael DiTolla, DDS;

A 1988 graduate of University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. DiTolla was awarded his Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. Mike was in private practice for 15 years before becoming Director of Clinical Education for Glidewell Labs for the next 15 years, giving him an intimate knowledge of American dentists and their crown and bridge habits. In 2011 he received the "Most Effective Dentist Educator" award in a nationwide survey of dentists. In 2014 and 2015 he lectured on behalf of CR, presenting their iconic "Dentistry Update" lectures, the longest running CE program in dentistry. In 2015 he became Director of Clinical Affairs for Sirona and in 2018 he became the VP of Clinical Affairs and Communication for AEGIS Dental Network.


Bobby Birdi, DMD, MSc;


Bobby Birdi, DMD, MSc, received his DMD with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and his post-graduate specialty training in periodontics and prosthodontics from the University of Minnesota. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is one of the few board-certified dual specialists in periodontics and prosthodontics in North America, and the first and only specialist in the world to attain board certification in these two specialties in both the USA and Canada. He is the co-founder of the Digital Dentistry Institute, one of the largest dental educational organizations in Canada, and maintains a private practice in Vancouver dedicated to comprehensive periodontal and prosthetic treatment with a major focus on esthetics and implant dentistry.


Saj Jivraj, DDS, MSED;


Saj Jivraj, DDS, MSED, holds degrees from the University of Manchester, England, and the University of Southern California (USC). He is the Former Chairman Section of Fixed Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at USC School of Dentistry. He has published numerous articles on Esthetic and Implant Dentistry and co-authored the textbook Treatment Planning in Implant Dentistry. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry the Advisory Board of Teamwork Magazine and is Ad Hoc reviewer for the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He currently holds a Faculty Position as Associate Clinical Professor at the Herman Ostrow USC School of Dentistry, is Honorary Clinical teacher at the Eastmann Dental Institute, London, and maintains a private practice in Oxnard, CA, limited to Prosthodontics.


Paul Petrungaro, DDS, MS;


Paul Petrungaro, DDS, MS, is a fellow of the International & American College of Dentists, and a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Petrungaro is recognized around the world for his diversified seminars and lectures on advanced periodontal, prosthetic and implant interrelationships, bone re-generation and esthetic tissue formation, the All-on-4® Treatment Concept ''surgical protocol'', zygomatic ''rescue'' implants, the treatment of failing implants, and the reconstruction of previously failed implant cases, immediate restoration of dental implants and the use of platelet rich plasma in bone grafting. He is the Founder and Director of The Implant Learning Center and maintains a private practice in Chicago, Illinois.


Sundeep Rawal, DMD;


Sundeep Rawal, SMS, is Senior Vice President, Implant Support Services for Aspen Dental. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2006 and completed his training in Prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco in 2009 where he was exposed to the most current technologies shaping dentistry. He has worked extensively to utilize CAD/CAM technologies within the scope of clinical dentistry and enhance his patients’ restorative treatments. He has lectured across the USA as well as internationally with over 500+ engagements over the years, and published numerous papers in various dental journals and other publications.
