MODERATOR: Michael DiTolla, DDS;

A 1988 graduate of University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. DiTolla was awarded his Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. Mike was in private practice for 15 years before becoming Director of Clinical Education for Glidewell Labs for the next 15 years, giving him an intimate knowledge of American dentists and their crown and bridge habits. In 2011 he received the "Most Effective Dentist Educator" award in a nationwide survey of dentists. In 2014 and 2015 he lectured on behalf of CR, presenting their iconic "Dentistry Update" lectures, the longest running CE program in dentistry. In 2015 he became Director of Clinical Affairs for Sirona and in 2018 he became the VP of Clinical Affairs and Communication for AEGIS Dental Network.


Chad Duplantis, DDS;


Chad Duplantis, DDS, has been in practice for the past 15 years in Northeast Tarrant County. Dr. Duplantis co-owns a cosmetic and restorative dentistry practice. Dr. Duplantis completed both the Advanced and Masters series at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He also served as teaching faculty for the course for the past few years. Dr. Duplantis has also served as a consultant for 3M/Espe Dental for the past several years. In this capacity, Dr. Duplantis is privileged to stay ahead of the curve and learn about the latest developments in dentistry. Recently, Dr. Duplantis has been lecturing nationally on various aspects of Digital and CAD/CAM Dentistry. Dr. Duplantis is a participant in the Save-a-Smile dental program, a volunteer at Mission Arlington, and a volunteer for Christina's smile Dental Program. These programs all provide dental care to underprivileged children in Tarrant County.


Gregg Helvey, DDS, CDT;


Gregg Helvey, DDS, CDT is part of an elite group of dentists who are also certified dental technicians and skilled ceramists. This combination of experience as both a dentist and a dental laboratory technician has aided in the development of unique restorative and laboratory procedures, many of which have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Presently, he is the Restorative Section Editor for Inside Dentistry as well as serving on the editorial advisory board for Inside Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry and Inside Dental Technology. In his in-office dental laboratory, Dr. Helvey artistically creates and fabricates crowns and veneers for his patients instead of sending their cases to an outside laboratory. He also uses the Cerec Computerized system for making single crowns. Patients can have their crown made at the same appointment through computer technology while eliminating impressions, temporary crowns and second appointments. In addition to his position as Adjunct Associate Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Dr. Helvey teaches cosmetic dentistry in the AEGD residency program with an emphasis porcelain veneers. He received his dental degree from Georgetown University in 1976, and received his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1997. Dr. Helvey lectures nationally and internationally and maintains a private practice in Middleburg, Virginia.


Roger P. Levin, DDS;


Roger P. Levin, DDS, is the founder and CEO of Levin Group. a third-generation dentist, he built a successful practice reaching the top percentiles of all US practices. Amanda Seay, DDS;


Amanda Seay, DDS, maintains a full-time private practice in Charleston, South Carolina, that focuses on comprehensive restorative dentistry. She holds a Clinical Instructor position at the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Seay is a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, American Society of Dental Aesthetics and a Fellow Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She was named Top 25 Women in Dentistry in 2012 by Dental Products Report. Dr. Seay was the recipient of the Lucy Hobbs 2015 award for The Woman to Watch in Dentistry. She serves as the Restorative Section Editor for Inside Dentistry. She was recently appointed as one of three directors for the Seattle Study Club..
