One-on-One with Dr. DiTolla: James Mah, DDS and ClearCorrect Aligners

As clear aligner therapy continues to advance, patients and clinicians alike benefit from increased customization. In this webcast, James Mah, DDS, will discuss ClearCorrect’s aligner design and ClearQuartz material from a clinical perspective and will evaluate their impact on comfort and esthetics. He will also describe specific features including the ClearPilot 4.0 software; the open IOS and smile simulator; and other product features such as elastics, cutouts, bite ramps, and engagers that allow the ClearCorrect aligner system to treat complex cases, as well as discuss their benefits for clinical outcomes.**This program is not offered for CE credit.

MODERATOR: Michael DiTolla, DDS;
A 1988 graduate of University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. DiTolla was awarded his Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. Mike was in private practice for 15 years before becoming Director of Clinical Education for Glidewell Labs for the next 15 years, giving him an intimate knowledge of American dentists and their crown and bridge habits. In 2011 he received the "Most Effective Dentist Educator" award in a nationwide survey of dentists. In 2014 and 2015 he lectured on behalf of CR, presenting their iconic "Dentistry Update" lectures, the longest running CE program in dentistry. In 2015 he became Director of Clinical Affairs for Sirona and in 2018 he became the VP of Clinical Affairs and Communication for AEGIS Dental Network.

Dr. Mah is a Professor and Director of Advanced Education Program in Orthodontics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is also an associate editor of the Journal of Aligner Orthodontics and a reviewer for the American Journal of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, and the Angle Orthodontist.
