Dr. Richard Lipscomb, Jr., is the program director of a dental residency program at the Brodes H. Hartley, Jr., Teaching Health Center in Miami, Florida. His experience spans over 20 years in private practice and public health service in community health centers. Additionally, enriching the dental community by lecturing internationally and writing many dental articles.
